Letter From The Editor?

Why not have this, well, you know, be the front page column? A sort of "From The Editor's Desk" sort of thing. Do it Sunday, by which time, hopefully, you've gotten some material for the proceeding week, or at least hints at what we're working on, what's being featured, etc.

I like the idea, at least. That must count for something.

That is the intention.

That's why it's called The Front Page. I think it's working great except for the whole time management thing.

1) You seem to have gathered some first rate writers.
2) You seem to be aware that you're fortunate to have gathered some first rate writers.
3) 1) + 2) = A Pretty Encouraging Start
4) Hockey?!? Snore!
5) The baseball discussions are outstanding; it's a popular niche; I'm wondering if there's a way uber-promote it because it could put us on the map, what with that little tournament called "The World Series", or something, coming up here shortly. Next Wednesday night? (FOX: More Tim McCarver, please!)
